Michelle Libby loves to travel, explore new places and learn about new cultures. She has bounced from job to job over the few decades learning new skills, but one thing has remained constant – her need to write fiction.
As a journalist and former editor of a local newspaper, she quotes words others tell her – as a novelist she does her best to make her characters do what she wants.
Her life is never dull or boring with her retired police sergeant husband and adult children. Originally from Maine, she has escaped the cruel winters and now lives in the upstate of South Carolina, where there is no snow, but it does get chilly. In the summer, it's all about the air conditioning.  
For almost two years, Michelle and her hero drove around the country exploring towns, unique sights and National Parks. She collected golf balls and magnets from many of the cool places they visited. She's doing her best to settle in at the new house, but the road is still calling and there's so much more to do and see. She's a Disney fan, loves to play golf and will talk to just about anyone. Don't even get her started on her bag and purse collection. 
She is all about entertainment and making people laugh in her stories, whether it's contemporary romance, non-fiction or middle grade adventure stories. Come along on a journey in her books.
